A placemaking project for a new development of built-to-rent properties in Tottenham Hale.
I helped the company clarify & define the objectives of the project; developed a range of commercially viable routes to achieve their vision; wrote a detailed business plan for the hospitality space for board approval, and recommended an offering that would maximise the opportunity to build culture & community for the brand.
