During coaching sessions with the founder, I helped her develop the business plan, strategize the pre-launch and develop tools for managing a heavy workload with lots of moving parts. She was working on two major exhibitions whilst launching her first pop-up and my ongoing advisory role includes problem solving, identifying locations and founder mentoring.
